Application Support
Our Customer Engineers offer application support to optimize machine performance and materials usage versus process quality criteria. Where processes are under development, services extend to the evaluation of suitable materials and machine parameters.
Setup and Installation
As product distributor, AUROTECH installs and sets up equipment directly sold to the customer. We also install old equipment transferred from other sites or purchased as second-hand units.
Machine Rehabilitation / Restoration
Our Customer Engineers rehabilitate equipment which have worn out from use, are scrapped, or with missing parts. We provide a preliminary assessment of your equipment and guarantee any and all labor done on the machine.
Troubleshooting and Repair
The Service Division consists of highly trained and well-equipped engineers who are always prepared to attend to machine-down situations within a 24-hour period from the time of call.
Preventive Maintenance
The Service Division offers Preventive Maintenance activities on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis depending on the equipment's current condition. The activities are specifically designed for each machine.
Training
Our Customer Engineers offer technical training on-site for all equipment being represented by AUROTECH. Types of training conducted are the following:
  • Level 1 Machine Operation
  • Level 2 Machine Maintenance
  • Preventive Maintenance Training

These training sessions are conducted by qualified PBET(Performance-Based Equipment Training)-certified engineers to ensure the professional, methodical conduct of the course.

Spare Parts Supply
To fully ensure equipment support, Aurotech maintains spare parts inventory in our local warehouse.
