AUROTECH, through its forty years of focused experience, has put together an 18-month curriculum for both the in-depth technical instruction and the hands-on production process proficiency. This program utilizes a Class 10,000 production facility with world-class semiconductor equipment in the critical areas of cutting-grinding-polishing or Kiru-Kezuru-Migaku (KKM) technologies.
